COVIDSAFE PLAN

At Beyond Events Bali, our priority remains keeping our guests, our employees and the community safe.

A COVIDSafe Plan is in place to support a safe events and weddings in Bali for our guests and maintain a COVID Safe workplace for our employees.

Beyond Events Bali operates all our events in accordance with Indonesian government requirements ensuring the following measures in place:

• All event staff are required to undertake and produce a negative Rapid Antigen Test on the same day of any working event.

• Beyond Events Bali has a strict COVID-19 vaccination policy, which requires all staff to be fully vaccinated. All working staff are required to provide proof of vaccination status prior to each event. 

• Enhanced hygiene and cleaning protocols in place in all event spaces

• All event staff will be issued with brand new medical masks that must be worn at all times

• Hand  Sanitizer stations will be provided and placed throughout all Bali villa weddings and event spaces.
